One time watch

Han Ka-ram's Our Body is a quiet, introspective film about self-discovery and change. It follows Ja-young (Choi Hee-seo), a 31-year-old woman who, after years of struggling to pass a government exam, feels lost and uncertain about her future. When she meets Hyun-joo (Ahn Ji-hye), a confident runner, she becomes fascinated by her and starts running herself, leading to both physical and emotional transformation. The film's natural, understated cinematography captures Ja-young's journey with soft lighting and intimate close-ups, making her quiet struggles feel deeply personal. Choi Hee-seo delivers a subtle yet powerful performance, perfectly portraying the uncertainty and small but meaningful shifts in her character's mindset. Ahn Ji-hye brings a strong, inspiring presence, creating an interesting contrast between the two women. Our Body is a slow, reflective story that avoids big dramatic moments, instead focusing on the small, everyday changes that shape a person's identity. Thoughtful, beautifully shot, and emotionally honest, it's a film about breaking free from expectations and finding one's own path.

Worth watching

Little bit dissapointing, but not bad. It has some really good parts that are ruined by bad parts.
