Plot summary

Web Cam Girls Stalked by a Psychopath

This film begins with a young woman by the name of "Elly" (Taylor Snook) being chained inside a house and forced to work there by an unseen psychopath as punishment for certain actions she committed online which he considers to be immoral. The scene then shifts to a teenage student named "Carolyn" (Lauren Swickyard) who dreams of attending college and, in order to garner the necessary funds, decides to become a web cam girl for a short period of time. And even though her best friend "Alex" (Sedona Legge) tries to convince her to quit, Carolyn dismisses her objections and continues to do so without any real thought about the consequences. That being said, after Elly is murdered attempting to escape, Carolyn becomes quite concerned as she becomes the psychopath's next target--and he seems to know quite a bit about her already. Now, rather than reveal any more, I will just say that this was a fairly entertaining film which benefited, to a certain extent, from having several attractive actresses like Arianne Zucker, Lauren Swickyard, and Sedona Legge. It also had a rather suspenseful ending as well. Admittedly, it suffered somewhat from its made-for-television format but, even so, it was still worth the time spent, and I have rated it accordingly. Average.

Enjoyable but writing unbelievable ?

Entertaining for a Lifetime movie. But, and it's a GIANT BUT, when the cousin puts it all together it just all goes downhill. So disappointing. It really is about time that Lifetime hire some real talent to write scripts!!! For the love!!!! Please! It's cringworthy when you watch it unfold.
