Plot summary

2 presidents acknowledged some of these or similar activities being possible

The most impressive point in the movie was President Dwight Eisenhower noting a warning about just this kind of activity being active while he was about to leave office. I wish I could fine that movie clip some where. Then of course there was the CIA papers admitting their activities that President Clinton publicly apologized for. Like to get that also. Know where I can find these?
