"María, me muero" is a romantic comedy with ups and downs and that turns out to be average in many aspects.

"María, me muero" is a simple romantic comedy with a regular script. The whole movie seems to be left in the middle. The director's work is decent but soulless. The work of the cast is good but no actor manages to stand out due to their underdeveloped characters. The cinematography is neither bad nor good, just average. The editing work could have been better, as it is quite slow in several scenes. The digital special effects, which are few, are very bad. The music composed for the film works in some scenes and doesn't work in others. "María, me muero" is a romantic comedy with ups and downs and that turns out to be average in many aspects.
