Entertaining, but too short.

Reed on the hunt

Brian Dennehy has becomes director, star and co-writer of the Jack Reed series.His partner of just a few months is killed while trying to protect a lovely redhead. The redhead is now living in protection with Reed's family. In the meantime the killing might be linked to some shady politicians and judges.Dennehy enjoys playing the no nonsense cop, so though all the bad guys just simply confess. Reed is also now more matey with Michael Talbott where previously they were more at odds. The story here has more substance and having seen other Jack Reed films, this was one of the better ones, although its not saying much as a few of the later movies are frankly poor.
