A light hearted comedy among the current trend of violent movies

Honestly I really liked this movie..... We should really feel the old Vadivelu is back with two new capable accomplice for his second term... Of course u don't expect a great twist or try. In Sundar. C movie and same is the case and also less of logic... This is completely acceptable given the current genre of serious movies especially directors want to keep their caste in front and make movies ... In recent times, we have not seen any good comical movie where you can laugh without much bloodshed or bomb blasts or completely red... Sundar. C this time has given us a sincerely a watchable movie with good cast and equal role to many characters ... The highlight of this movie is come back Vadivelu and he has delivered his old style fun... We could definitely enjoy his gimmicks though little less of of punch lines... But nevertheless he has carried this movie a part in his shoulder.. Sundar. C as a hero has done a very decent job and a good meaty role for the heroine as well unlile only used for glamour... But in many places villains except for puch dialogue or their facial expressions, they were made to look completely foolish which was disappointing... If that could part could have been challenging then this movie could have gained HARI movie pace itself... But with all its flaws this is a good to go movie to be watched for this summer .

A Great Start To A New Sequel!

The dynamic duo of Sundar C and Vadivelu is back, their chemistry is as vibrant as ever. Their onscreen camaraderie brought the theater to life, with laughter echoing throughout. C. Sathya's background score complements the film well though the songs did not quite have the catchy appeal we have come to expect from Sundar C's movies. I found myself missing the musical flair that Aadhi Na often brings to such films.Bucks and Munishkanth added an extra layer of humor enhancing the comedic sequences. Special note, the on-screen interaction between Bucks and Vadivelu was awesome. The casting was spot on with each actor fitting their role perfectly.I am eagerly anticipating more collaborations between Vadivelu and Sundar C in future projects. Their partnership continues to deliver delightful entertainment!

GOOD ONE!!!

I haven't been particularly impressed by Sundar C's earlier films, but his latest collaboration with Vadivelu in Gangers actually worked for me.While the story itself isn't top-tier, it's competently crafted-clearly drawing inspiration from a couple of Malayalam films like Olympian Anthony Adam and Sapthamashree Thaskaraha. Still, the narrative was handled in a neat and engaging manner. The first half leans heavily into comedy, and it delivers quite well, thanks to Vadivelu's performance, which gives off shades of his Pokkiri role. The second half keeps the laughs coming and even throws in a heist that plays out convincingly.Comedy clicked in several places, though it didn't quite reach the heights of their earlier collaborations. Action sequences, on the other hand, were well-executed. The pacing of the film had its highs and lows, but it generally held up.Performance-wise, everyone did a decent job. Catherine Tresa started off with a well-written, strong character, but unfortunately, her arc was reduced to a glam role as a bar dancer in one scene, which felt unnecessary. As for the songs-they didn't do much for the narrative and actually slowed things down. They weren't particularly memorable either.Overall, if you're a fan of Sundar C's style and looking for a light-hearted watch with some laughs, this might just do the trick.Rating: 6.5/10.
