More Right than Wrong

I travel to Las Vegas maybe 3-4 times a year. I always see ads for 'The Amazing Johnathan' and always plan on, always failing to, see him. So, naturally, I rent his 'The Amazing Johnathan: Wrong on Every Level' DVD instead. Absolutely hilarious. Honestly, I wish I had seen his live performance first, as, if you watch the extras on the DVD, you'll see him repeat "surprises" so many times, they almost get old. So, if I were to now see him live next time I visit sin city, I'll probably recognize a lot of his "bits." That being said, I would highly recommend this DVD along with some deleted scenes. I don't want to give away too much, but his non-magical bits were great. But, unfortunately, his co-host looks like she's in her 90s and desperately trying to act/look younger and is funny only to a fault. Also, the "wrong on every level" subtitle is puzzling as it's really not "shocking" or "wrong" but just plain funny. I don't want to give too much away, but I thoroughly enjoyed myself, and do plan on finally seeing him live despite expecting to see more of the same from his DVD.

Pretty Creative Stand-Up.

I once saw part of this "amazing" guy on part of "Comedy Central Presents" and had a hoot, but then I was surprised to see an original concert with him performing on the same network. I watched and was entertained flawlessly and I can tell everyone I was watching it with was too. But the creative combination of a stand-up comic and a magician is just plain genius! Comic Jeff Dunham does a similar routine where he performs as a ventriloquist and gets the same amount of laughs. Anyway, parents watch this on Comedy Central if you want a somewhat family-appropriate show or if you have mature ones get them the DVD which comes uncensored.Either way, this is a must for comedy lovers everywhere!
