I love this B movie, the acting is good, some minor special effects but mainly kung fu acrobatics. Mark Damascos a great martial artist of the Iron Chef fame and Billy Zane are great in this B flick; martial arts vs an alien invasion. Damarcos' presence charges up the scenes just with his physical bearing. Other martial arts actors are good like the alien guy picking up the shipment who fights everyone on the staircase, lol. Cops dont have a clue there are inane car chases; so this is time to make the popcorn. Heavy metal soundtrack is not bad. Flirty girl ditches the guy and robs his jeep kinda cheapshot here. Dumb ass hick picks her up and gets out witted. There are mixed messages in the script are some of the aliens good are some humanoid. The aliens download thier consciousness into the human host and fight each other not with lasers but thier guns and fists. They too have political squabbles like the humans. The cool but simple graphic special effects when they download, or when they heal their body are comical like a comic book graphic.
