Brilliant from start to finish

British Gangster film with a heart. Brilliant from start to finish, this independent gem by Luke Meyers who wrote, directed and starred in the film, is not to be missed! A class script and amazing actors (from the very youngest to oldest) with superb camera work and direction..this film will keep you hooked. Not one to watch with the kids of course, but fresh, exiting and gritty with a clever twist at the end. The characters are thoroughly believeable! Do yourself a favour and watch this absolute belter of a modern British indepedent film with such talented actors and you wont be disappointed.

Not great but

After a friend recommended this movie to me I watched it, and now we're not friends anymore.It's obviously an amateur production so I will give 10/10 for effort, and I'm sure it was very fun to make.A low budget is no excuse for bad acting and sound.Whoever it was that was behind the scenes telling everybody that this movie was good should be kept well away from any future productions as they are doing nobody any favours. The story line was great but chopped and changed far too much.There were unnecessary scenes that didn't add to the story which were confusing, but some of the comedy elements were well produced like the final scene with the wraparound joke involving the price of the mallet.

not to be misssed

This is one not to be missed. I thoroughly enjoyed watching this movie with my friends. There's a lot of funny bits in between all of the violence and crime which made it a lot more enjoyable. I would recommend to anybody to different watch it if you haven't seen it before there was so much character in the cast. Some of them was really funny. It was a very entertaining watch. For a small budget independent film I think this did well and I'll look forward to seeing more movies from the director. I followed their progress on Instagram.#ontopfilm so seeing the buildup and watching the finished result was amazing well done to all involved.
